Please watch the following video which provides a walk-thru of the application submission process.

Step 1: Submit your online application form. Just click the button to the right and fill out the online application form. Once the form is submitted you will be redirected to a page to pay your application fee

Step 2: Pay the $50 application fee, if you need to pay on a later date, after you have submitted your form. Click the button and fill out, the short payment form and submit your payment via credit card, debit card or electronic check.

Step 3: Download application process documents and presentation discussed at the information meeting.
